We are a family-run business of four generations that provides very high-quality dry cleaning, laundry, handbag and leather cleaning and restoration, wedding gowns, etc. to the Southern California area. Treating our team as a business family has resulted in an incredibly low staff turnover among our 80 plus SoCal employees. We are searching for an enthusiastic, creative, and highly reliable customer service superstar to be the face of our company and create a fantastic customer experience.
As part of the Customer Service team you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, check-in orders, helping resolve customer complaints, and maintaining store appearance. You will also be accountable for meeting predetermined KPI’s, tracking customer orders, customer retention and communicating with the rest of the team.

Job Summary:
Margaret’s is a company with over four generations of restoration, preservation, and couture cleaning experience, and numerous specialty services for luxury home furnishings, window treatments, carpets & rugs, designer handbags, haute couture clothing, bridal gowns, antique furniture, fine art, and vintage collectibles.
Sales of our services to luxury designer boutiques and retail stores, department stores, designer showrooms, private collectors of vintage and couture clothing and leather goods, bridal salons. This position requires developing a book of business and servicing accounts, prospecting, and opening new accounts. In addition, it requires luxury customer management experience, proven territory and luxury retail management skills, reliable transportation, and excellent organizational skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The job works both on an appointment and cold call basis. You will initiate regular, in-person contact with existing and prospective accounts, introduce these accounts to Margaret's Management Services, and develop a referral relationship. In addition, you will travel with your vehicle to existing and potential account sites throughout the sales territory. Excellent organizational skills are needed to manage the territory.
Job Requirements:
Strong relationship-building and business development skills. Familiar with time, territory, and call cycle management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, and grooming. Excellent customer service, high integrity and listening skills. High energy, stamina, and resourcefulness. Driven to accomplish sales goals and have better control of your income. Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), social network and email skills. Collaborative/cooperative relations with management and teamwork with corporate colleagues. Experience as a sales professional and luxury fashion and home furnishings industry experience with demonstrated success in growing sales.
This position is an Independent Contractor status (1099) in an established territory. This position includes a draw and commission to be discussed during the interview process.
