She was highly accommodating and helpful to me. She was very sensitive to the fact that money for my husband and I was tight after having had just gotten married and therefore, let us keep the dress there a little longer than was originally planned. Your La Jolla store which is where my dress was taken to, had my dress sent to your Del Mar store to make it more convenient for my mom to pick up. So overall, it was a very nice experience. Margaret's cleaner is a life saver! A different alterations company caused my wedding dress to get filthy when trying it on in their store and refused to clean it. Luckily, Janaann (The store I purchased my dress) contacted Margaret's and they were able to clean, steam and fix up several alterations mistakes for me- all within one week of my wedding. To say they saved the day is an understatement! Brittany was absolutely fabulous and a life saver. I will be bringing my dress back there to get it cleaned and preserved. Wedding dress transported perfectly!

I had just gotten my dress from alterations and needed to get it cleaned as it was a floor sample dress. I was able to give them at least the two weeks turnaround they needed to properly have it cleaned. When I had entered Brittany was very inviting and helpful in explaining the process and the form needed for my job. I have no idea the pricing comparison of other places for such a complicated piece to be cleaned so I figured with their reputation I was safe to bring my dress here before the wedding. As promised, on the date we had previously approximated she gave me a call and said my dress was ready for pick up. I could tell that my dress looked more vibrate given it was a sample dressed tried on my others before my purchase. I am very happy with the customer service and my dress as well presented. Brittany did warn prior to pick up that the dress is visible in the plastic cover sheet. JG

I’ve had great experiences with Margaret’s.

I’ve had great experiences with Margaret’s. Dry cleaned Hugo and Theory sports coats there, which turned out perfect. There’s definitely peace of mind knowing that they frequently handle these brands. Recently, I brought in a white button down that I had only worn once. It just happened to be on my wedding day. It was a good time if you couldn’t tell from the dirt and green markings, which bled from a green beaded necklace that I was wearing. Ultimately, the shirt was destroyed. Margaret’s cleaned it and a week later it’s BRAND NEW. I’ve never seen anything like it. My local dry cleaner can barely remove the dirt on the cuffs and neck line. This thing is spotless - I’m pumped. It was only around $10.50 to dry clean, hand press, and remove all the deep stains. Margaret’s can be pricey for other items, but it’s a great place to have on your radar since they can work magic. — PK

This is the best dry cleaner in town. You can confidently bring your expensive branded clothes and bags here. I accidentally spilled castor oil on my soft calfskin The Row bag, and I thought it was beyond repair. Leather specialist Nora removed the stain in just 5 minutes. I have seen other works where hopelessly damaged bags were dyed, and they looked as if they were just bought from the store. I will bring my old Chanel bags to give them a new life.
